All contest prep and general health clients will set up a 15 minute phone consultation with me where we will go over your current state of affairs, short and long term goals, your ambition, and a plan of attack. I do not and will not accept just anybody. This will be treated as an interview to be a part of the team. SHOW ME YOUR PASSION!
General Health Coaching
For weekend warriors, beginners, and those just looking to feel great about themselves. We have a plan for you to follow. General health coaching includes: A workout program. Nutrition programming (meal plan OR macro based OR both) - this will be flexible dieting style, which is using multiple foods (so not bro dieting) that are nutritious and wholesome to not only meet your needs, but increase metabolic, internal health and hormonal output. Supplement programming in a very detailed layout. Weekly biofeedback check ins so I can assess your progress, critique, and see if any part of the plan needs changed. Unlimited communication for anything that comes up throughout the week. Whatever else you'll need. My goal with my clients is success, and we won't stop at anything until we get there.
Competitor Off-Season Coaching
Contest Prep Coaching
We will oversee all of your needs from now until show day to ensure you're ready and well-tuned for the opportunity to step on stage. I only want SERIOUS individuals who are determined and disciplined! Contest prep includes: Weekly check ins for off-season and multiple time per week check ins in prep. Nutrition programming that we deem best for you and your prep. I prefer prep clients on a Strict Meal plan, but we can be flexible here based on your adherence. My goal is going to be to raise your metabolic and hormonal function as high as possible before prep to ensure that our prep is steady and fruitful. Supplementation and advanced supplementation can be discussed for whatever we deem best for your goals. Pre-prep bloodwork is ideal, but not mandatory unless I deem there is an issue. Workout programming based on building a well-rounded and strong physique. You will be pushed, and you will love the end result.
Our programs are typically based off of a 5 or 6 day split and includes RPE and exercise ques to help ensure you are getting the most bang for your blood, sweat, and yes; there will be tears.
