General Health Coaching - 12 Weeks
For weekend warriors, beginners, and those just looking to feel great about themselves. We have a plan for you to follow.
General health coaching includes:
-Nutrition programming (meal plan OR macro based OR both) - this will be flexible dieting style, which is using multiple foods (so not bro dieting) that are nutritious and wholesome to not only meet your needs, but increase metabolic, internal health and hormonal output
-Supplement programming in a very detailed layout
-Weekly biofeedback check ins so I can assess your progress, critique, and see if any part of the plan needs changed
-Unlimited communication for anything that comes up throughout the week for whatever else you'll need
-My goal with my clients is success, and we won't stop at anything until we get there
